antiTHESIS coffee shop is finally open... after a long summer break ... and the lovely Gosia is serving homemade grilled vegetable tart with kefalotiri... yum!! 

i think we have all heard it before 

"drink cold drinks in the winter and warm ones in the summer"

hmmm... am not sure about that.. in the Cyprus summer heat the only thing i can think off...
